Shipping Policy

Ready-to-wear orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders ship after the agreed production timeline (typically 4–8 weeks from payment confirmation). You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We ship internationally via trusted courier services (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent). All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Signature upon delivery may be required.
Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic (within your country): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination
- Express shipping: available upon request at additional cost
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and chosen shipping method. Custom order shipping costs will be communicated before dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Ayesa Dream Couture has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@ayesadreamcouture.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Ayesa Dream Couture is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatched orders.
