Return Policy
Effective: March 2026Custom Orders
All custom-made pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Each garment is created exclusively for you based on your measurements, design choices, and specifications. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders once production has begun.
If there is a fault in our craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and offer appropriate alterations or remedies at no additional cost.
Ready-to-Wear Items
Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
- The return is initiated by contacting us at hello@ayesadreamcouture.com
Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Approved refunds for ready-to-wear items will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a ready-to-wear item, please return it (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at hello@ayesadreamcouture.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
