Custom Order Policy

Effective: March 2026

Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required before production begins. The remaining 50% is due before dispatch. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

Design Confirmation

Once your order is placed and deposit received, we will share sketches and a design brief for your approval before proceeding. Production begins only after written confirmation from the client.

Changes & Amendments

Minor amendments (colour adjustments, small design tweaks) may be made within 48 hours of design confirmation at no extra cost. Changes requested after production has begun may incur additional charges and may affect the delivery timeline.

Measurements Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Ayesa Dream Couture is not liable for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the client. We strongly recommend having measurements taken by a professional tailor.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested in writing to hello@ayesadreamcouture.com. Orders cancelled before production begins may receive a partial refund of the deposit at our discretion. Orders cancelled after production has begun are non-refundable.

Production Timeline

Standard production takes 4–8 weeks from the date of design confirmation and deposit payment. Express timelines (subject to availability) may be arranged for an additional fee. Ayesa Dream Couture is not responsible for delays caused by fabric suppliers, courier services, or client-side delays (e.g., late measurement submission).

Intellectual Property

All designs created by Ayesa Dream Couture remain the intellectual property of the brand. Clients may not reproduce, replicate, or commission identical designs from third parties.

Quality Assurance

Every piece undergoes quality inspection before dispatch. Photographs of the finished garment will be shared with the client before shipping for final approval.
